About Spommentary
What is Spommentary?
Spommentary is a live feed of sports action, scores, news, and banter to which anyone can contribute.
How does it work?
You can start reading and following the feeds right away.
To contribute yourself just click on the sign up link in the top right, it takes about 20 seconds (we only ask for username, password and email).
You can then make posts on the site under the relevant sports / competitions / events. You can't make posts from the front page.
Post details such as breaking news, in-game commentary, live scores, links to match previews, post-match quotes, or anything you've got an opinion on.
Who's behind Spommentary?
Jamie Brammer started the site in late 2008. He's been responsible for the technology behind NetDoctor.co.uk and recently co-founded his own company, Avaleo, to take forward ideas for improving processes in health care. Spommentary is his hobby.
Beyond that we're a very small group, hoping to grow. We've only just started sending links out to friends and friends of friends so that might be how you got here.
We're actively looking for pepole to contribute to the site on more than a casual basis. So if you think you've got the dedication it takes and the drive to see this project succeed then start posting and send us an email (info@spommentary.co.uk) detailing why you should be involved.
