Argentina get some games at last
With some luck (you always need that with New Zealand involved) they'll be playing against the Trinations teams from 2012 in a new 4 nations tournament.

It all goes down to penalties - not the football kind - this time you do get points for going over the bar. Eventually Martyn Williams misses and Leicester go to the final. Historic stuff.
-
Tigers are giving this away now - 13 men, 2 free tries to Cardiff. 26 all. Extra time.
-
Cardiff losing it a bit now - 2 quick penalties and it's now 26-12.
-
Leicester doing most of the work here. 20-12 up with half-an hour to do. Pressure building on the blues.

Is Johnno getting it right in the dressing room? Some hints from Tom Croft ... "Johnno can be a scary man sometimes"... perhaps Johnno really is getting the team to gel?

Have just watched some highlights of this...
1. Vickery must have Alzheimer's or some similar mental wasting disease - this was once the best prop in the world, reaching two world cup finals and winning one. He's now become a liability. Even drugged up Matt Stevens wouldn't cause this much damage?
2. Borthwick has to go. He's no idea how to shape England into a proper team on the pitch. Right now they're all just random penalty generators. But not sure there are great second rows to replace him.
3. Dull uninspiring rugby was the winner. How I look forward to a 0-0 draw in the Six Nations - could England and Scotland be the ones to lead us to that promised land?No replies. Login to reply

A better performance this time from England. At least Jonno will be sleeping easier.
What England did right: Defend. Worzel had his best game in an England shirt - tackle, tackle, tackle - he's perhaps a bit of a one trick pony but he is good at it.
What England did wrong: Piss off the referee - all Wales' points came from England indiscipline (the try only coming because England had 14 men... and perhaps having 4 fat forwards in the backs at that point). As usual England were penalised off the park for the usual 4 reasons: the referee was against them, they do slow the ball down and try to get away with things, they're not well disciplined and finally most of them are not sufficiently 'street smart' to know when, how, why to cheat.
At least things looked more positive but Wales were always the better side and deserved to win. -

Betting strongly against England
... though not as badly as I thought... this is currently showing a Wales win by about 10 points.
